Xavier, alongside his wife Michelle, are the founders of M3 Roofing. He is a roofer. He is a roofologist. What does that mean, you ask? Good question. Xavier calls himself a roofologist, a term he came up with up, to clarify a few things - how he’s different, how he’s passionate about doing things better and how M3 is poised to change the roofing industry, for the better.Xavier brings decades of experience in sales and roofing to M3 and the intangible focus and work ethic that being an army brat instills in a person. As the son of an U.S. Army Aviation Officer Xavier spent his childhood traveling and living in locations across the world. From these experiences, he learned how to see things from a different point of view, how to be resilient and the many ways that hard work sets you apart from others.In the early 90s, Miami became the place that Xavier called home after finishing his business studies at Florida International University and the University of Florida. He built a career in the medical field as a sales representative and then followed his entrepreneurial spirit which led him to roofing. In that role, Xavier found his career path as well as his partner who later became his wife, Michelle.Xavier’s role at M3 is to personally oversee all inspections. He spends most of his time on-site, hands on - managing projects from start to finish. He takes pride in his technical knowledge of the roofing industry, materials and trends and always pushes himself to stay on the cutting edge of the latest developments. When Xavier is not helping property owners to find cost effective and efficient solutions for their roofing needs, you might find him making split second decisions about whether to send the runner home as he rounds third base at his sons’ little league games.Fun Facts About Xavier: Was a DJ in high school.
