After watching big names in creative industries walk away and close their doors over the last few years, we decided to get to the root of the problems so many entrepreneurs face. People were walking away because they were burnt out, overworked, and underwhelmed with the amount of time they were being given to enjoy the life they wanted  outside of work. We realized that being a ”boss babe” and chasing 6 figures were meaningless pursuits unless you had clear direction on where you were going, were aligned in your purpose, could serve from a point of fullness, and had a chance to actually ENJOY the freedom that owning your own business can bring. So...we decided to change the narrative and lead women back to the way business COULD be done...

We are Melissa Pepin and Corry Frazier and we will gladly pour you a cup of coffee (or a fresh cocktail...you choose!) and make you laugh while inviting you into conversations about growing your business in a way that feels authentic and creates lasting impact.
