In today’s episode we talk about finding the sweet spot between your comfort zone and growth. In order to grow we must go beyond our comfort zone and to actually have that growth we must really challenge ourselves to go outside of that comfort zone. There’s also a point we don’t want to go beyond, because if we do, we stretch ourselves too thin.

You don’t always have to grow every second of your life but enjoy that new normal once you stretch beyond your comfort zone. Just know that it’s going to come up again where you have that desire to grow or have discontent with the way things are and you will want to challenge yourself again.
