Erica Smith is a sexuality educator from Philadelphia who provides private sexuality education, consulting, and trainings on a variety of human sexuality topics. Erica developed the Purity Culture Dropout Program to help people learn all of the sex education that they missed growing up in purity culture- sex ed that is accurate, queer inclusive, trauma informed, and comprehensive. She received her Master of Education from Widener University's Center for Human Sexuality Studies.

In this episode we are exploring a lot of topics surrounding sexual health and (mis)education, and also the parallels between purity culture and diet culture and how this conditioning impacts how we see, treat, and engage with our own bodies.
