99. Realistic Macro Tracking: How You Can Incorporate Macros Into Your Life Without the Stress

Most of the ways I see other people approaching macros do not work for me. For example: Have you ever found yourself knee-deep in tupperware during a weekend meal prep marathon, only to end up with food that you don't even want by Wednesday? Yeah, me too.. and I hated it.
 
I needed to figure out how to make macro tracking work for ME!

I started learning about macros at the same time I learned to budget (which I talk a lot about in this episode). I saw success through being perfect with both and thought I needed to maintain that perfection to maintain the results. This quickly became impossible and I knew I had to figure out how to make macros fit into my life, not the other way around.

This episode is full of real talk that you NEED to hear.  I love to discuss and teach macros in a way that makes it seem doable for anyone. With a mindset shift, some planning and permission to screw up I think you will find it's more simple than you think! I hope you enjoy this episode!
