9:14pm - Meathead, from Amazingribs.com, leads off tonight, as he normally does during the 2nd Tuesday of the month, and we are talking about the recent rash of articles written by reputable websites/news outlets that are promoting the "poke your beef to tell when it's done" method vs using any other tool. This is bad information and we are here to put a stop to it. Meathead also thinks The BBQ Central show has an identity problem...we'll discuss. There are other topics as well, like the guy eating raw chicken every day until he gets a tummy ache...he loves that guy!
9:35pm - After Meathead, Robert Moss will join me in his monthly segment and tonight, we start an 11 month journey of going over many detailed BBQ topics that you may or may not know too much about. Tonight, we are discussing cuts of protein that aren;t the normal BBQ that you hear about everyday. Were there lesser known cuts that were the king of the BBQ back in the day? What happened to them and why did they fall out of favor? What about lamb? These are going to be great segments for the balance of 2024 and this kick off topic is going to be great!
