Happy day-of-the-waffly-pod Monday! We're here for a vulnerable time not a lol time. That's the phrase, right? It is today :p In this episode we are just riding the waves of all things Move it Mama. We are extremely blessed in our lives - across our family life, personal life, work life and beyond - but every now and then we have a wobble. We're hopeful that in sharing this we are okay to do so, and that perhaps it can just serve as a reminder that no matter someone's situation, there can still be some inner fights, stresses and battles that might be bubbling under the surface.
