Amanda Decker, NP is a Dickson County, TN native, and lives on her farm with her family of four. She is a 2005 Graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and has worked in primary care since that time. She became interested in using nutrition as medicine through her own weight and health journey.

In 2018 she began to focus her practice on medical weight management. Her passion is helping others prevent, improve, or reverse chronic health conditions through lifestyle approaches.

Amanda has several advanced certifications, including the Certificate of Advanced Education through the Obesity Medicine Society, SCOPE certified through the World Obesity Federation, Certified Metabolic Health Practitioner through the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners, and Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Certification through the American Nutrition Association.

In October of 2024 she formed Clear Path Medical, which allows her to continue to see patients and expand her holistic wellness services. She also hosts the annual Low Carb for Better Health Conference in Tennessee!
