10:14 - Leading off the 2nd hour tonight is 2nd Tuesday of the month guest, Sam The Cooking Guy. Tonight we talk about new recipes, new business ventures and new grills. 10:35pm - Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the pitmaster of Girls Can Grill, Christie Vanover. Over the past few months we have seen an introduction of "fire management tools" that will take you from start to finish and the user doesn't have to know how to build a fire in most cases. Pellet cookers have been responsible for a lot of this, and now we see the ceramic grill sector bringing in this concept too. Christie has been using the "Konnected Joe" cooker for a little while, the one we've talked about on this show a few different time, and tonight we get the real deal feedback from her on how well this unit actually performs. We will also get caught up with everything else Christie has been up to this year!
