Allison’s boyfriend Clay joins her this week so listeners can learn more about who they are as a couple. The two met in high school, even though they lived just a few streets apart and went to the same elementary school. After not seeing each other for over five years, they rekindled one day and have been inseparable ever since.

A lot has happened in the few years they’ve been dating - months of long-distance, backpacking in South America, living out of the car and suitcases while road tripping across the US, graduating, moving in together, career changes, and building their young adult life. Allison lives a pretty public life with social media, New Wave, and the podcast. Clay, on the other hand, is more private so this is a rare chance to get to know him and the behind-the-scenes of their relationship.
