Today we talk to Sarah Percy, a registered dietician with over 20 years clinical experience. Can we just "caveat" (lol) that we LOVE Sarah and have had the privilege of speaking to her a few times before, within the Move it Mama member group. It's pretty exciting to now share her with The Sparkle Pod. Today's chat is a Q&A style conversation between Leece, Jess and Sarah that takes many, many turns - as you can only imagine - what with nutrition being a huge, complex topic, with many different 'facets'. We hope to get Sarah back on the Pod to answer the billion other questions we know we all have. Today however, we talk a bit about Sarah's philosophy on nutrition, some small nutrition hacks, how much nutrition can effect our mental health and a word of advice for anyone who might be finding this part of their life tiresome and difficult to navigate.
