Hanson presents at tribute to the life and career of legendary biographer, screenwriter and novelist Alexander Murray Palmer Haley, best known as the author of Roots: The Saga of an American Family, and The Autobiography of Malcolm X, with an interview recorded in February 1988. Alex Haley died in February 1992.
