Abagail Pumphrey is the owner of Boss Project, a woman-owned education company & award-winning design agency that helps you design your business around your life (not the other way around.) Forced to continue working in her business while she was recovering, she says, “I became incredibly aware of just how reliant the business I had built was on me.” Rebuilding from the ground up, Abagail designed a business that gave her more flexibility, that was less reliant on her, and could continue to thrive when life inevitably happens.
In this episode we discuss:
Plus, we talk about the idea of “time freedom”—and why you don’t always have to be growing BIGGER in business (it’s all about what season you’re in).
