And other times I think we focus too much on being ALL in our feelings. I found a post the other day that said some days will be sad days and other days will be bad b**** days. I honestly was happy to know that ok SO I can be BOTH lol? That my feelings ARE valid and that I can fluctuate between the two? I LOVE being happy, but I am not abnormal if I get sad too?Our feelings are hard to process and we have to try to understand that it takes time.
