Adam Turner (I: @Springhill_Beef_Co) is a first generation farmer who has recently achieved his goal of transitioning into a fulltime roll within their farming business, Springhill Beef Co.  By using regenerative practices focusing on soil, animal and human health, he believes they been able to build a more diverse, resilient, sustainable and profitable business.

Adam's passion is to provide a quality, nutritious, grass-fed and finished branded beef product  and provide a direct consumer-farmer link while also improving the land under their management by eliminating synthetic fertilizer and chemical use, planting diverse multi species pastures, improving water infiltration, implementing holistic management and increasing soil carbon.

Utilising social media, Adam aims to provide a transparent behind the scenes look into their farming practices and the reasons behind why/how they do what they do.
