<p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/1190612/open_sms">Send us a text (Note: we are not able to respond but LOVE to hear from you!!)</a></p><p>Hello listeners,<br/>Today I want to talk about the weird thing that happens after after an intense event, new diagnosis, long hospital stay etc… <br/><br/>This is the time when we’re home from the hospital stay, we’re adjusting to a new normal, we’re winding down from all the intensity.  And it feels like people start to lose interest. The support wanes. <br/><br/>We find ourselves wishing we were back in that dreadful  hospital or intense season BECAUSE of the positivity, the support and the love we experienced.   It can be a difficult and depressing time.  Of course we don’t miss those horrible time. We miss how we felt and how we were surrounded and lifted up.  <br/><br/>We can recreate this for ourselves and we deserve this, even in the after. We may need to vocalize our needs more.
