What are the most misunderstood aspects of ADHD for you?
In today's episode, I share some of my own struggles and frustrations and what I wish people understood about having ADHD.
At the core of it? I wish people would see the good in us. We are incredible people with incredible gifts, who also sometimes have a hard time with things like responding to texts and emails. That doesn't make us bad or stupid!
I hope you can relate to this episode.
Sincerely,
Kelsey
