Keith Byard is a former all-state wrestler, marine corps veteran, member of the all-marine greco roman wrestling team along with Buddy Lee. Keith is also a trainer to the star and the innovator of the boot camp style fitness class. Long before there was Barry's Boot Camp there was Byard's Boot Camp.
