Anthony Iazzetta is a N.C.C.P.T and Training Manager at Jersey Strong and has been on staff there since 2011. He's personal philosophy towards fitness and exercise is to become the strongest version of himself by taking on challenges everyday with his goals and in the gym! Anthony is passionate about working with members helping them achieve there goals. Seeing clients realize their fitness goals and leading a healthier life because of lifestyle changes I helped them make is a priceless feeling no one can replicate.

Anthony recently became a father and in this episode we discussed parenthood and how wrestling and training helped prepare him for life. We also discussed the current fitness trends and how more people are getting back into one on one, personal training to reach there goals.
