Welcome to a new segment on the podcast! You know that one friend you have the BEST conversations with? That is Lauren for me. We will sit and talk for hours, laugh, cry, make jokes, and just get one another. So I asked her to join me as a co-host for a segment on the show; Allie and Lauren Talk _______. 

Today's first topic is friendship — we are not meant to do life alone. Friendships are vital, as women, mothers, business owners ... as humans. So Lauren and I are going to share how we became friends, why it is important to be intentional with your friendships, how to nurture your friendships well, and how to love one another through your differences.
