And hiring is never something to be taken lightly.  It's not as simple as 'just hire an admin' and life will be better.  You have to create all the systems for them.  Onboard them to get them up to speed.  Continue to train them, manage them, and lead them.  Bringing on employees as just as big of a decision as starting your own practice.
