Today I speak with IFBB Pro Amber Pacholok,  a former competitive cheerleader and gymnastics coach from North Carolina. She started college as an early childhood education major with a minor in psychology, and halfway through I made the decision to follow her dreams of becoming a makeup artist and went to cosmetology school. She found bodybuilding by doing extensions for clients that were in prep. In 2019, she began competing then her second show ever at 2020 Jr. USA’s, where she placed 3rd. After third callout at her next National show, she switched coaches and took an improvement season. She returned to the stage in 2022, and eventually won her Pro card at 2023 Universe.

 

After 10 years of being a hair colorist/special event makeup artist, she transitioned her business to focus on stage glam. Amber P. Beauty's main focus is glamming athletes for stage and teaching athletes how to perfect their stage glam, and offers “mindset makeover”.
