10:14pm - Leading off the 2nd hour is the man that is widely considered to be "America's Butcher" Pat LaFrieda of LaFrieda Meats. Pat has been doing a lot since our last visit to include building out their business, keeping up with trendy cuts, using induction heat to cook, battling through a global pandemic and much much more.
