This week Luke is joined by Michael Baum! We get to hear the perspective of someone with just one STR, which is also Michael's second home. They talk about how Michael manages everything himself,  the importance of getting all the basics right, making sure your rentals have enough appliances and more!

Michael is a retired engineer. He's 54 with a degenerative neurological disorder which left him fully disabled. They bought their place in North Idaho on Lake Coeur d'Alene in 2017. It is his first and only STR. They have all 5 stars on AirBNB and VRBO. Married with 3 adult kids. Our youngest is at Washington State University studying to be an architect. 3 have 3 grandchildren!
