Everyone has a unique personal relationship with substances - whether they don’t like using them, are indifferent, dabble here and there, party, or abuse them. We live in a drinking-obsessed culture. Everywhere you turn, it seems alcohol is celebrated at the forefront from brunch, to happy hour, to sporting events, weddings, birthdays, holidays, and just because it’s the weekend.

We wanted to shed some light on the flip side of this by bringing on our boyfriends, Clay Fisher and Connor Wiemann, to have a really candid and open conversation. We talk about all of our own experiences with alcohol and weed, how it plays a role in our health, and our current thoughts about sobriety and the sober curious movement.

If you have felt called to evaluate your drinking/smoking habits or just want to hear an honest perspective - then this is a great episode for you. We are not trying to make anyone who does drink, smoke or party feel bad about their choices. Simply, we want to help normalize that it is more than okay to not partake in drinking culture (for any reason that you may have) and we are here to support you on your journey!
