Over a period of 25 years, Rick Rauch devoted his career to the Commercial Construction and Development industry. Starting as a laborer, his responsibilities included sweeping floors and maintaining cleanliness at job sites. Through a series of promotions, Rick spent eight years in the field, primarily in charge of running projects. This hands-on experience paved the way for a transition into office roles, culminating in his rise to the position of VP/Director of Construction. Throughout his career, Rick had the opportunity to build, oversee, and complete projects valued at over $300 million, encompassing a wide range of constructions such as high-rises, restaurants, entertainment venues, strip centers, gas stations, convenience stores, large site developments, tilt wall structures, hotels, and self-storage facilities. In March 2023, Rick left his regular employment to fully immerse himself in land investing. To date, he has successfully completed five subdivisions, is in the process of closing on a sixth, actively searching for a seventh, and is just beginning to expand his ventures in this field.
