Andrew McGhghy oversees the Strength and
 Conditioning program at Rochester High School in Illinois joining the school this past fall after serving as the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Macomb High School where he was the Varsity Boys track coach and assistant Football Coach. Coach McGhghy also has a
 podcast series that he does with The NHSSCA that’s  featured some terrific guests Like Peter Noonan, Zach Even-Esh, Dr Eric Cash, Rich Grey and Mike Crissinger.  Coach McGhghy also works with the Sangamon throws club, work he is very passionate about.
