Hour 1:

My first guest tonight was just on about a month ago...but he continues to win and win and win...Harry Soo of Slap Yo Daddy BBQ Team returns to the show to recap the ACM BBQ Throwdown that took place in Las Vegas, NV this past weekend.  Harry has 5 GC's this year...2 away from the elusive automatic Jack Draw.  Harry will recap the event 

Clint Cantwell, writer of the Smoke In Da Eye blog and acting editor of the Grilling.com website, joins me to talk about a product that will revolutionuize the grilling industry.  In the quest to seperate itself as THEE fuel source for grilling and barbecue, Kingsford has introduced "Hickory" flavored propane.  Clint will break it down for us and also lend some inisght as to why the charcoal giant has decided to venture in to the propane side of things.

I talk to top men...and women...in the competition world each week.  But have you ever thought to yourself where the next generation of competition BBQ'er is coming from?  Where are they cutting their teeth...getting their proverbial chops?  During the 2nd hour, I will be talking with Pitmaster of Slabs of Approval, Brent Richardson.  B-Rent, as he is known to his friends and family, is a 20yr old looking to cross-over in to the world of competition BBQ.  We will get a history on "Rent" and ask a young buck what it takes to make a name on the competition circuit.
