In fitness, this shouldn’t be the case at all. We are not order takers; rather, we are the experts who should be guiding our clients on what’s best for them.
When clients walk in for a starting point session or a sales consultation, they come to us because we are the experts, and they trust us to have a solution to their problems.
If we go ahead and give them numerous options and ask them to choose, we are diluting our authority and essentially becoming order-takers.
