This is a snippet of my recent community event where I shared the importance of having awareness if you are acting from your not self or true self.  

How to know?

One will lead to frustration, bitterness, anger, disappointment (Not Self repercussions). The other will lead to satisfaction, success, peace, flow & surprise (True Self expansion). 

The most important & valuable part of the HD experiment is deconditioning. It removes all the behaviors & ways you are creating a life experience that you say you *don’t* want. So you are left with your true essence & intuitive strategy to create what you *do* want - with minimum effort & maximum satisfaction. 

Sustainable success comes from your True Self, NOT your Not Self.
