Your mind is a constant thought chamber, often just repeating the same thoughts over & over again. Often the ones on repeat aren’t our most favourite thoughts, but they are the ones dictating our behaviour & actions. Hence creating our lives.
If you believe “it’s not possible for you”, it most likely will mean you don’t make steps forward so it confirms the story that it’s not possible. If your story is “I’m not good enough”, most likely you choose relationships or jobs that confirm this narrative.
We effectively hypnotise ourselves based on these thought patterns. But we have the choice to focus & give attention to which thoughts reign superiority. This is the ultimate decision in your deconditioning - which neuropathways you strengthen by repeating the same thoughts. And which new neuropathways you create. The mind is incredibly malleable & listens to direction.

// Steps to Decondition the Mind
1. AWARENESS of your thoughts, stories & internal dialogue. When you become a witness to your stories, you are no longer unconsciously abiding them. This can be confronting yet so powerful. Periodically check in & be witness to your thoughts, judgments & perceptions that come up in the day.
2. PROCESS any emotion, discomfort, fear that these thoughts are trying to avoid. Our thoughts are often fuelled to keep us “safe”, but really its not necessary. Show your body that you don’t need to avoid these feelings & there is nothing to be afraid of.
3. CHALLENGE your conditioned thoughts. If it doesn’t feel good, why hold on? Most likely you inherited or picked up elsewhere. It’s fiction, not fact.
4. REFRAME: You get to choose the plot, the cast, your character - what story do you want to create for your reality? Choose thoughts that reflect.
5. ACT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEW TRUTH: reaffirm your new way of being through your behaviour so it becomes your body’s new knowing / belief. Connect with your inner intuitive voice by following your strategy & authority.
