ENERGY CENTER SERIES: THE THROAT
Hello, my old friend: moving through the fear of using my voice & being seen. Definitely what has creating the greatest tension, resistance and fear in my body in this lifetime so far. And what I needed to move through in order to create what I deep down knew I was here to share.
In this episode, I dive in DEEP about moving through fears associated with blocking your throat chakra (that ultimately stops us sharing authentically and serving the world). I give tips on how to navigate the fear of being seen and also how to work with your natural energy of your throat -- not all people are designed to have consistent energy to share & express.

Aka arguably the most conditioned center that holds us back from starting what we want to create, being in our fullest expression and freedom to truly enjoy our lives.
I get INTO IT! Firstly, I speak on your inherent self worth that can't be added or detracted. I speak on the societal conditioning keeping us stuck and small, and the difference between defined and undefined heart Centers.

ENERGY CENTER SERIES: AJNA CENTER
Your mind is a constant thought chamber, often just repeating the same thoughts over & over again. Often the ones on repeat aren’t our most favourite thoughts, but they are the ones dictating our behaviour & actions. Hence creating our lives.
If you believe “it’s not possible for you”, it most likely will mean you don’t make steps forward so it confirms the story that it’s not possible. If your story is “I’m not good enough”, most likely you choose relationships or jobs that confirm this narrative.
We effectively hypnotise ourselves based on these thought patterns. But we have the choice to focus & give attention to which thoughts reign superiority. This is the ultimate decision in your deconditioning - which neuropathways you strengthen by repeating the same thoughts. And which new neuropathways you create. The mind is incredibly malleable & listens to direction.
Today I speak on deconditioning the Ajna / mind and leaning into your intuitive body. I dive into:

// Steps to Decondition the Mind
1. AWARENESS of your thoughts, stories & internal dialogue. When you become a witness to your stories, you are no longer unconsciously abiding them. This can be confronting yet so powerful. Periodically check in & be witness to your thoughts, judgments & perceptions that come up in the day.
2. PROCESS any emotion, discomfort, fear that these thoughts are trying to avoid. Our thoughts are often fuelled to keep us “safe”, but really its not necessary. Show your body that you don’t need to avoid these feelings & there is nothing to be afraid of.
3. CHALLENGE your conditioned thoughts. If it doesn’t feel good, why hold on? Most likely you inherited or picked up elsewhere. It’s fiction, not fact.
4. REFRAME: You get to choose the plot, the cast, your character - what story do you want to create for your reality? Choose thoughts that reflect.
5. ACT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEW TRUTH: reaffirm your new way of being through your behaviour so it becomes your body’s new knowing / belief. Connect with your inner intuitive voice by following your strategy & authority.

ENERGY CENTER SERIES: SACRAL.
This is the second episode in the Energy Center Series, deep diving into the sacral center. All on pleasure, desire, creation, life force energy, intuitive action and REST. So much of the world is in their Not Self conditioning of the sacral center - always trying to keep up, be 24/7 productive, overwork, ignore their body. Where does that leave us? Burnt out, resentful and perpetually frustrated.
I speak on how to rehab your sacral center with awareness of those with defined and undefined sacral centers, and how to use your energy sustainably and most effective.
I also speak on the importance of rest and honoring the body's signals to prevent burnout and achieve true self success (yes you can be successful by working less hours).
