Hello, hello you gorgeous human!

Today, I've got a quick and dirty and HIGHLY useful one for you. Let's kick off with a question: Are you watering yourself down? Chances are, if you're like 99.9% of my listeners, the answer's a resounding yes.

How do I know? Because I still walk that path myself when I am not bringing consciousness, attention and intention to who I am being on a moment to moment basis.
