Sonya Verma MHSA, MBI is the founder of Inner Radiant Life, she is a yoga and sound therapist with University of Cincinnati Osher Center for Integrative Health, and is a Ayurvedic Practitioner with a passion for discovering the intersection of creative expression and healing in a community-based setting.

She weaves her training from different modalities of somatic movement and bodywork in addition to different yoga traditions and trauma research in all of her work. In addition Sonya facilitates deep listening sound immersions privately and in group settings sometimes collaborating with her sound artist husband Daniel creating environments for people to get away from their everyday lives inviting mindful listening, enhanced communication, awareness, understanding, personal & collective resonance.
