Greg is a former small business owner and retired after a 20-year career with Frito-Lay. He has been investing in real estate since 2016. His portfolio consists of an ownership interest in over 340 apartment units in Eastern Tennessee and Kansas and over 360 RV pads in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky. Greg also operates a property management company for a portion of the apartment portfolio.
