Christopher Levarek

Christopher is the CEO and Managing Partner of Valkere Investment Group, which is the sole owner of the Manager of the Company, and has been making real estate investing simple for investors since 2018 with over $100M in investment assets under management. With a focus on company operations, he coordinates the infrastructure behind acquisitions and team management on over $100 million in assets of value-add single family, small multifamily and apartment complexes. Christopher holds a Bachelors in Information Systems from Arizona State University, Associates in International Trade as well as an Associates in Fire Science after serving four years as a Firefighter/EMT in the United States Airforce.

Mario Rapaj

I lived through a civil war in a depressed economy with completely collapsed financial institutions. I continued my education in Germany and then my master's in Prague, Czech Republic. I started from scratch in Dallas in 2015. Worked as an insurance agent and got P&C License. I started teaching at a prestigious Dallas private school. Built my private lesson studio in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the nation (Highland Park, TX). I am a partner (LP) in 375 units in Dallas and Houston, over $50 million in value. Also, I own and manage a few single families here and overseas. Currently, I am working closely with my personal mentor from Michaels Blank's program, and I am building a wonderful team including Property Management, SEC attorneys, Brokers, Lenders, Insurance agents, General contractors, etc. I hope to help many communities to have a better life.
