Randy Smith

Tommy Feraco

Tommy Feraco, an active duty Army engineer officer, has been investing in real estate, specifically single-family homes, since his commissioning in 2021. However, upon recognizing the capital barrier to enter the commercial space, Tommy connected with like-minded Army veterans through the War Room, a service member-only mastermind. Together, they formed a team dedicated to pursuing larger real estate investments through syndications, leveraging their combined expertise, resources, and networks.
