Yeadon Smith

Yeadon Smith is a husband of 16 years, father of four red haired children, marathon runner, and business owner.

Yeadon is a recovering youth minister now working full time in real estate. He is the owner of Live Oak Real Estate, and co-founder of Live Oak Capital, a real estate investment firm. They work with private investors to give them solid, consistent returns to build long term wealth and cash flow. Yeadon has helped grow Live Oak Capital to over $50 million in assets under his management since its beginning in 2019.

Currently he focuses on educating and coaching students using the online education platform he co-founded, My First Million In Multifamily. He mentors students in the program on how to buy apartment complexes with private investor capital. In 2021, students closed deals totaling over $10 million.
