Willie Henriquez

Willie Henriquez is a 32 year old entrepreneur from Connecticut.  HE is a father of two girls Kayleen 7, Mei’lani 1, and another one on the way.  Before he started his entrepreneur path, he provided care to individuals with disabilities for about 7 years for third shift. In 2021, during covid he decided to leave the health care space and start a trucking company with two of his friends. In June 2022 he joined a multifamily Syndication mentorship program with his sister. He co-founded WV Capital Holdings in June 2022.  His company primarily focuses on helping investors reap the many benefits like passive income and tax benefits by acquiring multifamily properties. In August 2022, he started his fix/flip business by acquiring his first off market fix/flip opportunity In Meriden CT.
