Cody Littlewood

Cody is a founding principal of Carbon and leads their investor relations and asset management teams. He is responsible for investor relations and equity, as well as operations and the execution of Carbon’s value-add strategies. He and his partner have around $250M AUM and have the goal of building a large legacy firm that will impact generations to come. Since 2019, Cody’s focus has been entirely on housing, but previously in 2013, he founded Codelitt, a software service firm, and grew it to at one point approximately 75 employees worldwide. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Jeff Helms

Jeff is a commercial Real Estate Agent with Exp Commercial with his main office based in Charlotte NC and his home office is in Albemarle NC. Jeff started his real estate career in May of 2019 as a residential broker then moved into commercial real estate late in 2022. He started welding at 14 years old while working with his father and grandfather in the family welding shop. He started working with Martin Sprocket & Gear in 2004 where he built wing pulleys in the beginning. He moved through the ranks of the company of their robotics division as the lead programmer then eventually into the engineering office.
