Prashant Kumar resides in Long Island, NY, and serves as a Managing Partner of Cash Flow Champs. He is responsible for investor relations where he maintains a strong, transparent relationship with current and prospective investors. Prashant is also involved in capital raising to ensure the transactions close and has handled every aspect of real estate syndication from acquisitions to negotiating contracts and closing the deal. He is currently a general partner in eight (8) multifamily properties totaling 1228 units with a total portfolio value of $103,150,000. He has over twenty-five years of experience in Corporate America where he managed teams and implemented processes for SAP projects, a skill set that translates well in the real estate syndication field.

Hello! I’m Matt Strayer,  I’m married to Gabriela who is also a Realtor. I love dogs to which we have an English Mastiff.
