Chad Schieler

Chad Schieler is a real estate investor local to the Indianapolis, IN area. He began his REI career after working over 17 years in the electronic payments industry, serving Indiana business owners. During this time, he quickly rose to the top of his peers as a top producer for multiple consecutive years. Today, Chad’s team effectively manages over 400+ clients on a regular basis. Chad began his investing career in early 2020 and has undertaken many projects since, before ultimately forming Focused Capital LLC. Today, Chad is a GP on 127 units, and an LP on 500+ units across the US. While not helping others achieve financial success through investments, Chad enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife, Cynthia and daughter, Mila.

Tomond Jack

Tomond is a real estate broker and entrepreneur with over 20 years of investment experience. Tomond has led investment acquisitions of over 5,000 single family assets worth over $600M for clients. He also served as President of a property management company that managed over 3,000 single family assets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with a Real Estate concentration from Georgia State University. Because he was born with a limb difference, Tomond has a personal passion to support kids in need of prosthetics. Therefore, his company, SHH Equity Group, LLC, donates 30% of all profits to non-profit organizations that provide prosthetics to kids.
