Greg Scully

Greg is a former small business owner with his wife and business partner Kim.  He also retired after a 20 year career with Frito-Lay. They have been investing in real estate since 2016.  Currently their portfolio consists of an owner ship interest in over 150 units in Tennessee and Indiana with a market value of $4,200,000.   They have  also participated in a land development project in South Carolina.  Darren and Greg have recently partnered to scale both the flipping and multifamily investment opportunities in central and eastern Tennessee.

Alex Darst

Alex Darst is a residential realtor in Greenville, SC who got into sales with the goal of investing in real estate. He grew up in Greenville and has seen the area explode with growth and has witnessed the amazing results of buying and holding real estate. He spends his free time networking, reading, and listening to podcasts about real estate.
