Nancy Chillag

Nancy started her investment career at the age of 26 purchasing a 5-unit Victorian in San Francisco. She fell in love with real estate and continued to expand her investments. She has owned single family rentals and small and large multifamily buildings and mobile home parks for over 30 years. Nancy is an attorney. She owned and operated Chillag & Associates, a law firm in Menlo Park, California, for over 25 years before retiring in 2013. Nancy is also a Certified Public Accountant and real estate broker. Since retiring from the practice of law, Nancy formed Primary Home Solutions through which she purchases and renovates single family homes. She is also the founder of 23rd Street Investors, a real estate syndication company.

Kevin Hansen

Kevin Hansen is a licensed multifamily real estate agent in the state of Utah, affiliated with eXp Commercial and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Kevin is part of a global network of real estate agents and business brokers who are his team members and business partners. Kevin has a strong understanding of business and real estate financials and an affinity for multifamily real estate, he is currently a partner in over 200 units. Kevin is a member of the Utah Rental Housing Association and a former member of the IBEW Local 354.
