Alain Villegas
Alain is a full time commercial real estate investor. He established a real estate investment company Alamel Investments LLC in 2012, and is the Managing Partner of Abundance Equity Partners and active asset manager on 9 apartment properties – 1370 apartment units. Ownership in total of over 2,600 units as Deal Sponsor, Key Principal, Independent Owner, or Limited Partner. He also is SAP Consultant experienced working with Fortune 500 clients, as well as Project Management and Team Lead in software implementations in US and Canada.

Michael Barnhart
Michael is a co-founder of Adventurous Real Estate Investors. He is head of acquisitions where he specializes in strategically targeting core-plus and value-add multifamily commercial real estate investment opportunities to offer lucrative returns to their investors through the implementation of a business model that provides value to both residents and the local community. Currently, Michael is a PhD student in biochemistry at the University of Cambridge, located in the United Kingdom. Upon completion of his PhD, he will return to the U.S. Air Force Academy as an Assistant Professor of Biology and will finish out his military career there before transitioning to real estate investing full-time. In addition to his passion for commercial real estate, Michael is a U.S. Air Force Officer with over 15 years of military experience. He is a professionally trained and certified Program Manager and has overseen the successful acquisition, implementation, and disposition of over $100M in defense systems.
