Today I sat with my mate Heston Russell who is a former Special Forces Commander who toured Afghanistan and Iraq and is now heading his own political party - The Australian Values party. 

In this chat I learned a lot about our political system, why it's important we vote for the smaller parties and the biggest thing for me personally was all about understanding our values as people, as teams, as organisations and even as a nation.
