Avoiding Holiday Weight Gain | MMP Ep.34

According to a study in the London Journal of Medicine, people gain the most weight starting at the beginning of October (what some people would argue is the "start of the holiday season") and that weight gain peaks after New Year's.

And what's more, that weight you gain during the holidays takes an average of 5 months to get back off! That's a whole half a year you're going to be struggling or punishing yourself for a few months of holidays. Not ideal. And that is just to get back to where you were in October!
