Reducing your intake of ultra processed foods is such a game changer in my clients lives. Within a week or two clients are amazed at the increase in energy and vitality. They have mentioned how their joints feel better, their skin looks better, decreased bloating and even feel more satiated with their food intake.
If you feel like you are doing all the things when it comes to eating less and exercising more, it may be time to start looking more at the quality of your food, than the quantity!
