Making his YHRF debut we welcome Ally McColl he's joined by YHRF vet Mr Graham Connolly as we get down n dirty on all things Barkley Fall Classic!

Ally n Graham are fresh off the plane from Tennessee after making trip to the mecca that is Frozen Head State Park to partake the 2023 BFC. And they've come armoured with a tale or two on what was an unforgettable transatlantic sojourn.

After battering around the 50k (ish) BFC - known as the Barkley Marathon's 'Little Brother', our guests give a frank and honest account of what it's like to be on the ground at a Lazarus Lake event.
