While the 2nd Tuesday of the month usually brings a visit from Meathead at Amazingribs.com, tonight we change it up! Meathead is taking high level meetings with TOP MEN in the industry and will be unavailable. So we will load in Mike McCloud, creator of the World Food Championship, to recap the 2019 contest as a whole. We will also specifically talk about the BBQ section and I will give him my take on what it should look like going forward...you MIGHT be surprised by my take.

After Mike, first time guest and host of his own real radio show, Dane Neal, joins me. Dane live and works in Chicago and hosts "On The Road with Dane Neal" which can be heard each Saturday on WGN 720! Tonight we will get to know Dane a bit but we will also talk about the BBQ scene in the windy city as well as chat about some hot food topics of the day.
