Maybe you are like me and sometimes those people pleaser tendencies of "yup! I can do it!" creep in. We take on projects even when we don't have the capacity because we love finding worth in what we can produce (hi, it me and I still gotta catch myself sometimes). It gives us a false sense of worth and accomplishments because we look at only the outcome, not what it costs us to produce it.

With that said, i have to be honest about my ability to manage and edit and execute this podcast without sacrificing quality. I have so much going on and don't want to give things up, but I have to be honest about what I can give and give 100% of what I can.

So, let's get real fucking honest with what isn't working, what we CAN do and still prioritize what we love without burning ourselves out into the ground.
